INSIDE TRACK
The NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championship is held in early March from a Thursday to a Saturday and features about 100 men’s and 100 women’s teams, for a total of 1,100 participants. A 200-meter, six- or eight-lane straightaway and six lane turns are required, along with separate horizontal jumps and runways. Seating for 3,000 spectators is also preferred. Bids are now being accepted to host the 2019 World Para Ice Hockey Championships A Pool and B Pool. The A Pool event will be the first major event following the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games. The USA Ultimate College Championships receive more than 12 hours of

television coverage on ESPN. USA Ultimate is looking for a host for four

days over Memorial Day weekend and will consider bids for a single year

or multiple years. Venue must contain 12 ultimate fields and one showcase

Events up for bid include the World Taekwondo Championships and the World Taekwondo Team Championships.
